Coyote in Quiznos, and other blog posts.

074323027_nbc_coyote403.jpgThe Chicago Tribune has great “how to eat” videos that provide background on a dish, how to eat it, where to find it in town, and an accompanying article.  Check out the Chinese hot pot piece. The Trib also has a new blog called The Stew, that I’m adding to the blogroll.  So far, so good, though I think it’s funny that Chicago can’t get enough of the coyote in the Quiznos. . .

Speaking of new blogs, mainstream newspapers have added some interesting ones over the past couple of months. . . Dishing is the new restaurant blog at the Boston Globe, Table Talk is off and running at the Atlanta Journal Constitution site,  The Washington Post started its recipe blog, A Mighty Appetite, and the New York Times’ Diner’s Journal has extended beyond Frank Bruni to include other writers from the section. . .

I know– I haven’t mentioned Best Bites from the Washingtonian here, since I just focused on newspapers for this post.  I do enjoy it and read it every day, though. Any that I’ve missed that you like?
